Leonardo
Is part of the European Commission Lifelong Learning Programme which runs in parallel to the Youth in Action programme. Leonardo allows individuals to travel to another programme country in order to undertake vocational training placements.
We can host Leonardo trainees in the field of youthwork, travel or administration and are also developing opportunities to send Leonardo trainees. If successful, the placements we will offer will be for between 2 and 6 weeks and will mainly be vocational & pre-vocational tasters under our 2008 programme ‘Learning to Learn’
We hope young people with little or no professional training will have the opportunity to undertake the following (and many more) vocational education training placements:
